Producer, Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Maite Woköck has extensive experience in animated feature film and series development, financing and production. Her credits include PETRONELLA APPLEWITCH – THE SERIES (for Akkord Film / ZDF), TWO BY TWO and NIKO 2 – LITTLE BROTHER, BIG TROUBLE (for Ulysses Film) and many more. With her company Ella Film she is in production of the animated feature film MY FAIRY TROUBLEMAKER. She is a graduate of EAVE, EAVE+ and the Academy for Children’s Media. In 2021 she was nominated as Producer on the Move for Germany by European Film Promotion. Since 2022 she is the chairwoman for animation in the Producer’s Alliance Germany.

reza memari

Creative Director, Co-CEO & Co-Founder

Reza Memari is a writer and director, and a CEO and co-founder of Telescope Animation. His animated feature RICHARD THE STORK, which he wrote and co-directed, premiered at the 2017 Berlin International Film Festival and became a worldwide critical and commercial success. A sequel, co-written by Memari, is already in production. As a former product manager in the games industry, Memari has gained expertise in entertainment marketing and game development. He is an alumnus of Berlinale Talents and the Academy for Children’s Media, as well as a member of the European and German Film Academies.

Henner merle

Legal Expert & Co-Founder

Henner is a legal expert who understands the special professional situation of creatives. He was the legal adviser of the German Screenwriters Guild (VDD) and focuses on film and copyright law. He has negotiated contracts with many producers, broadcasters and publishers, always with a focus on leading creative processes to mutual success for all contractors through well-balanced agreements. He also owns the art gallery nüüd.berlin.

Meyrem Yücel

Production Assistant

After her studies in media conception, Meyrem completed a traineeship at Claussen+Putz Filmproduktion GmbH. During this time, she participated in the development, financing, production and exploitation of live-action films and series. Due to her love for children's stories and movies, she became our latest team member and has since been supporting us in all areas of production.

Ulla ziemann

Script Supervisor & Co-Founder

Ulla studied in Plymouth, UK, and Munich. From 1997, she worked as a senior script editor at Greenlight Media AG on the development of animated series and feature films. Since 2001, she works as an independent author, dramaturg and script doctor in Berlin and writes and supervises both animation and live-action projects for TV and cinema. She consulted Reza on his first animated feature script A STORK’S JOURNEY. Her first novel was published in 2014. 

roshanak behesht nedjad

Co-Founder

Roshanak has been working as a producer for almost 20 years. Her films have received over 30 int. awards, among them the Golden Lola & the Prix Europe. In 2012 she also launched a games company, winning the German Computer Games Award - Best Serious Game in 2016. Roshanak is also an expert to various institutions such as EAVE. She is a member of both the German & the European Film Academy, an EAVE graduate and group leader.
